Got a nagging game idea you've been longing to prototype and code up but no excuse to do so? Well now is your chance. You are invited to register your interest in GameJam 0808!

What is GameJam?

You will build a game over a few weekends in August. You can work with a team or go solo. There are no rules, other than: downloads should be less than 32MB if possible, and you should try and stick to the theme. The theme will be announced a few days prior, so you can get some plans happening.

At the end of the period, we all rate and review each other's gamejam games. The highest rated games will win the adulation and admiration of your game making peers, and you and your team will be known as the Greatest Game Hackers in Perth! :)

Head over to http://gamejam.org/ now to register your interest. No commitment, we're just trying to get an idea for numbers. :)
