Meetings

For a group to work effectively all members must have:

Group meetings, whether they be face to face, online or a combination of both have proved to be a reliable way of involving all group members and keeping communication clear. This website provides a number of ready to use documents to help make planning and recording what goes on at your meetings easier.

Contact Details

Make sure you have the contact details of everyone in the group. Use this at your first meeting.

Contract

Helps set some ground rules and make peoples expectations clear. Use this at your first meeting.

Agenda

Helps you to plan what needs to be discussed at each meeting and assess what progress has been made since the last time you met.

Summary

Use this to create a written summary of each meeting with essential tasks for each member.

Action Plan

Helps you to prioritise tasks and track how long they take.
